Refund and Cancellation Policy
Overview
Our refund and cancellation policy applies to all language classes and coaching sessions. If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booked class, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the class start time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class or no-shows are non-refundable.
- Classes can be rescheduled upon request if notified in advance (at least 24 hours prior).

Refund Process
Once your cancellation is confirmed and approved, any eligible refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
No Refunds
- For classes that were attended.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class.
- For missed classes (no-shows).
